For Valentine’s Day 2021, Olivia organised the partnership between Lovehoney and Cocktail Porter, offering customers the ability to purchase a DIY cocktail kit with a cheeky treat from Lovehoney. Olivia was responsible for the partnership and all social media, digital marketing, influencer and media outreach.

Strategy

With a two-pronged approach, Olivia secured media coverage in key media outlets to drive sales of the kits as well as increase brand awareness.

  • Send cocktail kits to top media outlets and influencers

  • Pitch partnership to target media with specialised angles, such as product placement in “Valentine’s Day Gift Guides” and “How to Get in the Mood this Valentine’s Day.”

  • Instagram Live with inhouse mixologist and sexologist before Valentine’s Day.

  • Giveaways across all social media channels in the lead up to Valentine’s Day.
